Started working out when I was a teen to get ready for the military, but didn't get serious until after college and I had my first real job.
Why I Love It:

I hope I was able to help. It's beginning to wear on me here, that every time someone posts-up a routine, people jump right on it and shout "overtraining!", like they can tell, just by looking at it in print. You can make it work, if you eat enough, and get enough rest. Good luck; train hard.
