What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Rotator cuff could not handle the bench pressing after 120kg (+-240pounds).Suffered a strained rotator cuff muscles.This lasted about 3months. not practicing the correct form and lifting to heavy.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Free standing Squats. you can hurt you back,knees or even rip internal organ(intestines)
Ya, my husband and I are all moved in. I hate moving! lol. I am back to training but not as hard. We might be having a little one on the way but arnt sure yet! Plus, my gym just expanded so I'm really excited about that.

Training's going good. :) My work out partner just changed up his routine. I've lost a couple pounds, so I'm really excited. I just gotta work really hard on my diet.

Hey:) um training is good, I've been upping the cardio a lot latley. I was kind of slacking there for awhile, focusing on weights but now that the summer is basically here or almost here I'm just trying to drop a bit more BF%.
How are you doing? what are you working hardest at to improve or gain at the moment?
It's going tough cause I'm back up to 2 times a day in the gym with lifting and cardio.. it gets easier. :) Thanks and hope things are goin well for you too
It's going good. I've lost a lot of weight in my mid-section. A coworker noticed while I was working out with her yesterday. :)
