How I Started:
In January 2006, I began my life journey into fitness by starting my first Body for Life Challenge. That first three months showed me that eating clean and working out could really transform my body into what I had always wanted...
Why I Love It:
Working out is extremely rewarding and effects all areas of my life. After a good workout, I've taken one more step closer to a healthier me. That's a wonderful feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by my friends and family, along with reading inspirational quotes/verses, prayer time, listening to motivational cds, and use visualization with a dream board.
BB Accomplishments:
2007 MetRx Body Challenge 3rd Runner Up Female
08/2007 Ms. Physique Colorado 1st Place Master's Division, 1st Place Novice Winner, and Master's Overall Champion.
12/2007 NPC Rocky Mountain Carol Semple Figure Championships 1st Place Open, 1st Place Novice, and Novice Overall Winner (qualifying me for Nationals!).
04/2008 Emerald Cup 5th Place (Bellevue, WA.)
05/2008 Bill Pearl High Desert Classic 1st Place Overall (Bend, OR.)

Goal (Long):
My ultimate goal is to earn my IFBB Pro Figure Card. I want to be an inspiration to other mothers and women who don't believe that they too can also achieve amazing results, while juggling family and career, without the use of muscle enhancing drugs or compounds.
My short term goals include, going back to the Emerald Cup in mid April, with a tighter package and more confidence than last year. :) Then onto Jr. USA's and then USA's. I want to get involved with my new supplement team: Tight Curves and help them at booths whenever they need me.
