Thanks for the encouragement! Great definition in your physique! Keep up the good work. Your diet looks better than mine, but I'm tweaking it here and there and learning what works best for me. Just need more time and more cardio. Cardio is almost zero. Would rather have muscle and some fat than no muscle. I'll start climbing a mountain...

Wow. Great work. Great inspiration, although I doubt that I will get my body fat that low and get striations, but I will do my best. It's a long, slow progress for me, but I plan to spice it up in the late winter and spring when I have more time. In the meantime, keep working on the great body of yours.

Lol. Well, I still have yet to make my abs show, but I'm gonna work hard for that. You're looking good though, better than most common people I see around me. Keep up the good work.
