How I Started:
The first time I went into a gym and saw all the perfect carved out bodies walk from machine to machine and pressing weights, I was motivated to make my self one of those bodies in the gym that no-one miss's.
Why I Love It:
I love to not just be another person in the crowd, and to compete in a sport that when you falter, when you cheat, or when you skip you are the only person to be held responsible.
How I Stay Motivated:
Every-time I step in the gym I picture in my head my perfect body and set my goals, and know that someday when i walk onto the stage I want to be the BEST!
