How I Started:
The first time I went into a gym and saw all the perfect carved out bodies walk from machine to machine and pressing weights, I was motivated to make my self one of those bodies in the gym that no-one miss's.
Why I Love It:
I love to not just be another person in the crowd, and to compete in a sport that when you falter, when you cheat, or when you skip you are the only person to be held responsible.
How I Stay Motivated:
Every-time I step in the gym I picture in my head my perfect body and set my goals, and know that someday when i walk onto the stage I want to be the BEST!

Thanks for accepting! Great resulta of your training just for having 16! Your muscles look huge, defined and solid and athe same time they seem ready to become as huge as you want! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?
