Goal (Long):
Long term want to gain about 10 to 15 lbs. of muscle to help the over all look and define my body. It would be cool to get ripped enough to try an event. Thats way in the future. For the time being. it TOUGH to get rid of when u dont have a lot to blast off. Thanks Tiger! Well I really am not good at flexing so I asked my husband to tell me what to do. I asked "should I put my shoulders back, my chin down or up?" He would reply, "Ok stop moving, stand just like that, now flex your triceps." Turned out great, but look closely at the bottom left part of my back. The bottom tip of my Rhomboid, or whatever muscle that is, is shorter on that side. I wonder if it's my posture or if it's structural? ~Missy
