How I Started:
I was skinny and weak, one day i searched for "bodybuilding diet" on google, the next day I bought a Muscle and Fitness from CVS, and the next day I was in the gym, training non-stop ever since
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because I get to challenge myself every day. I love achieving PRs on my lifts and I really enjoy changing my body through diet/training. I also enjoy competing and the rush of stepping on stage.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't really need outside motivation because I really enjoy training. I look forward to every workout, even cardio. Sometimes if I am tired or not feeling well, so on those days I watch some bodybuilding videos and look at pictures of the natural pros that I admire
BB Accomplishments:
I placed in the top 5 in my first natural bodybuilding contest.
