How I Started:	I played a lot of sports in high school and I always worked out here and there, but I didn't learn much about it and become serious about it until I graduated college and moved to NYC. There are so many lean, fit people here that it wasn't hard to catch the fitness bug.
Why I Love It:	I love watching my body transform and seeing progress.
