you are doing a great job and should be proud! do your research and learn. you need plenty of protein throughout your day while your active. fuel up with protein and a carb before your workout to maximize your efforts. after your workout ingest more protein immediately. use a low sugar protein powder. try what i use if you like. about an hour after that have a moderate portion of pasta drizzeled with extra virgin olive oil.
