HYY,
sorry for answering just know - i had exam period, finished exams just last week so i havent been online. I was living on Red Bull and pizza during exam period. HAHAHa.. but i'm back on clean eating and training again. But the good was in pizza that i think I gained some muscle, too. Of course fat, too. But no problem, back again. :) Hope everything is OK at u too. Cheers!
