HOW I STARTED:

From the time I was a child I wanted to look like (He-Man) from the masters of the universe. loved to played sports and from experience I knew the ones that lived in the gym male or female were always the stars that shined the brightest. I loved to know that I was the one who was in the gym hours after everyone had gone home so I felt like I was so much tougher and always one step ahead. I was in the gym Fridaynight, Saturday night, Sunday night I never wanted to party with friends I just wanted to be bigger and more ripped. I loved running bleachers in the middle of the summer 100 degrees people said I was crazy but I knew I was physically superior to all of them and they knew it too. I saw Ronnie Coleman in a book one day and I felt like I had what it takes to get there !!!!!!!!

WHY I LOVE IT:

There is nothing like working out and feeling your muscles pump up like you have a beach ball under your skin and makes you feel like you can run through a wall!!!!!!

Well I am 1 days out from my contest and I am ready to put on a show. Yesterday my wife was in the kitchen all day baking food for the trip. She was baking my chicken breast, my favorite sausage carb up koloches (pig in a blanket) while I been out shopping for supplies. She was also been baking up all the (carmel turtle cookie bars) sweets I requested. This is my third competition and I have made huge improvement from one contest to the next. My calves are bigger, and more ripped, heck my whole body...

This will get you Ripped!!!!

ok my friends, I promise that this will get you results as far as diet goes, continue doin your cardio (AFTER) you hit the weights trust me it works best this way, if you feel other wise just go look at my progress pics and the dates. 1st learn how to count every calorie you take in (dont worry about eating good it will come later) your goal is to eat (2500 calories) a day, read all lables and never never never eat anything and I mean anything unless you know exactly how many calories it has in it and did I say never ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ever!!!!!! all dr

Now yall know I was fat as all get out, my friends was calling me the incredible bulk. lol Well I found a way to get ripped. A guy asked me for some tips so I gave him some of my rules. I thought I would put my rules in a blog to help others like him to keep it simple. Its nothing big, just 1 or 2 tip to help cut calories. First, I dont snack on anyting. I dont eat or nibble on anything unless it is meal time. This could easily cut out 1000 extra calories by itself. Second, never go back...
