a bought a home gym from my buddy and he got me hooked.
Why I Love It:
It's become my zen. It's something that's takes away all the bad shit from my life and adds in something positive. It gives me confidence that I lacked. It's become "me."
How I Stay Motivated:
Results, friends, attention, and my love of doing it.
BB Accomplishments:
Gone from 135 lbs with 12 inch arms, 30-something inch chest, and a flabby gut to over 160 lbs with 13 3/4 arms, 42 inch chest, and actual abs in around 4 months or so.

I'm gonna try to add on as much lean mass as I can untill around march or may and then start cutting down and hopefully I'll be able to enter a contest for teens. If I don't feel confident enough then I'll take the year off to add some more mass and work on overall symetry

I almost never do the same workout. I try to keep my muscles guessing.

Monday: Legs & Shoulders

(~10 or so total workouts, 3 work sets each, 8-20 reps each set depending on workout)

Tuesday: Chest & Abs
