My dad used to make me do 100 front squats and push-ups everynight before bed when I was 4. I lifted very consistantly all through high school. Since having kids and being in college I'm not as consistant but I get to the gym enough to maintain my strength for the most part.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump and the endorphines from working out. I love that rock hard feeling and just being big.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just do. Getting soft is for ice cream.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't have many. I'm more of the strongest man type build. I set a few lifting records in high school but that's about it.
I'd like to lower my BF some, but I love to be big so I usually try and do both at the same time.
Goal (Long):
I'd love to be 200-210 and 10% BF. I have a degree in Physiology but unfortunatly for me I only took one nutrition class so I'm sure I eat like crap and that's why I just keep growing. School ends this next week so I'll be able to workout consistantly.

For now while I'm in my last week of College I've only been able to really go to the gym once per week. I'll typically do 1 or 2 sets to failure on the following lifts:
