What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Grunting is fine; growling like DMX is disturbing.

I've got a powerlifting meet in June, then a BB show in Sept. After that I am going to concentrate on powerlifting to put size on before I go back on stage. Good luck with your goals.
