What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Grunting is fine; growling like DMX is disturbing.
Do you socialize while at the gym?
What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Some type of yoga pant and breathing t or tank. I want to be comfortable but not have to hold my stomach in the entire time.

Wow!! Great stats and too bad it got canceled, probably better cause they knew you would kill everyone :). I thnk it's In denver or boulder, not sure lol. I should know this haha. The diet is what will be my true test but with a goal I think I'll manage or I hope so haha

I could be better but I will survive. There are personal issues in my life that have me distracted and my motivation for training is way down. I know, that should not be an excuse because my health should be first and formost. I will be back at it in a moment because I am beginning to feel sluggish and I do not like that feeling. Thanks for the encouragement.
