What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Hammering them with 8 sets of 20 with heavey weights, until i cant lift any more (on each arm)

so i quit, i give up - on everything, none of you really know me to well to know my circumstances or my background so i dont expect any sympathy - but everyday life is just dragging me down so much, i dream of a perfect life - but i cant have it, i never imagined my life would turn out how it...

Workout Program:
Wake up - work on an empty stomach so theres no calories to burn, just Fat to burn! i have a drink of water, jump on my bench press and do 4 sets of really hard work 8 reps of heavey weights, so i use lots of energy to lift. then i put my ipod on and immediatley go running with a bottle of water...
