I threw the javelin in college.It was mandatory that we lift weights so I did just enough to keep coach off of my back. Since then I've joined the military and the gym has been a place for me to get away.

I just seen your in the military in Italy, I got some friends down there Air Force. I am up in Germany, spangdahlem AB. I never though I would get to 195, then I hit it, and kept going, got up to like 245 or so.. but by that point I was getting fat in the stomach, so I had to hit the brakes and bring it back, trying to get up to like 200 with low BF% now.
