How I Started:
I began serious weight training my freshman year of college when I began training for my throwing events for track and field: shotput, hammer throw, discus, and the weight throw
Why I Love It:
I love pushing myself further when I have never lifted a new weight. The feeling of accomplishment after lifting a heavier weight previously "unliftable" is just amazing to me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by knowing that the gym is a balance center for me, I have gone 3 weeks without going to the gym when things got hectic, and when i forced myself to make time for the gym again, it made my life so much simpler to function again, so I stay motivated by knowing it helps me stay sane!

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
The confidence factor, I will constantly have my partner spot me, and for some reason most of the time I can get through the set without him helpin me out, but on other days when he isnt there it will...more
