How I Started: Been Working Out Off And On For The past few years, just recently dedicated myself to a more consistent regimen..Ha! let relationships and emotional shit get me off now i've re-dedicated in 08, this time more focused, and more spiritually sound, U dig?!
Why I Love It: Like to watch my body undergo transformation, plus I need to look good in my smediums, lol.. And it gives me that extra swag!

I just had to say that I had previously been drinking the vanilla Cytogainer, which is good.  But let me tell you, this shit right here iz where its at! Im so used to weight gainers tasting sub-par ya know grainy and all.  Well thats all I wanted 2 say.

I have been off for a couple of months and now I'm trying to pick everything back up.I started running intervals and doing less weight-training. trying to get ripped. Keep up the work bro!
