How I Started:
Initially, I started working out because I invisioned myself as a physically fit, sex symbol type of musical entertainer. Shortly after that, due to stress, I began to experience high blood pressure and started to become more serious as a method of managing that situation.
Why I Love It:
I love to work out because it builds my confidence, pride in who I am and promotes an extremely possitive outlook on my life that no other activity can produce. Not even SEX..!
How I Stay Motivated:
I get my motivation from within. However, at times, the stresses of the world begin to wain and then I have to draw from the fact that I have the "Favor" of the Lord my God, Jesus Christ and with that, nothing can stop me nor can it slow me down.
BB Accomplishments:
At this time I have no major fitness accomplishments. But every year I run in the CCC 10K and mentally use that as an annual fitnes goal.

Size really does matter! And I need more of it. Back
I want 2 have big running back legs... Mainly because my wife loves that type of look. Well, I guess I do to. I hate chicken legs.
I can see very clearly, all the negative in these pics. I need to use this as a motivational drive to get my but back in gear.Work is important but I must make time for my health.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Preacher Curls using the 21 lb. Curl Bar. I hate the lite bars.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Tricep kick-backs w/light weight bells. Using the "3 rotation" method to target each head of the muscle.

Seated-Inclined Calf Extensions. Done on a incline quad press machine, not a calf. Also, using the "3 rotation" method to target each head of the muscle.
