I don't consider it a diet more like this is better for you than that.
I wouldn't necessarily say that I'm on a diet, more like eating the lesser of 2 evils. For instance insteadoff a bacon cheese burger on Texas toast I had a turkey burger on whole wheat with mustard instead of my usualketchup or BBQ sauce and pickles. I think these subtle differences are going to be what helps me achieve my goals the best.
