I don't consider it a diet more like this is better for you than that.

I wouldn't necessarily say that I'm on a diet, more like eating the lesser of 2 evils. For instance insteadoff a bacon cheese burger on Texas toast I had a turkey burger on whole wheat with mustard instead of my usualketchup or BBQ sauce and pickles. I think these subtle differences are going to be what helps me achieve my goals the best.

I'm using the building block supplements right now whey protein, creatine, multi vitamin, amino acid, and ZMA for sleep and recovery.

hshokunb 1 cheat meal every 1-2 weeks isnt bad enough to negate your gains. Just make sure its a cheat meal not cheat day and try not to over eat during a cheat meal Jan 12, 2013 1:35pm
