Yes, at that time I was still a bit worries on my doctor's thoughts, but nowadays I have some experience training on my own. Not as much as I'd like, but enough to know I didn't suffer any damage during those months I took more protein.

Este calculo te puede servir, me lo paso alguien que sabe mas que yo:
Proteinas- 1.5g/lb de peso (3gr por kilo)
Carbohidratos- 1.5g/lb de peso
Grasas- .27g/lb de peso (calcula a medio gramo por kilo)
El convencer a la familia que hacer gimnasio es un deber pasa por cuenta tuya. Búscale la manera. Generalmente ayuda si te pagas tus propias cuentas!

Nah, no es utopico. La cuestión es tener voluntad, un buen entrenamiento y no tenerle miedo a engordar, de última. La dieta de volumen no es algo grave. Si no, una dieta limpia debe estar muy regulada, y te requiere mucho mas trabajo para preparar... (Te diste cuenta que hablo espanol, no?)

Hum, lei tus razones para entrenar. No te parece que hay algunas cosas en este foro para conocer bien? No le tengas miedo a ganar un poco de grasa, si con eso ganas masa, que luego la grasa se corta.
