How I Started:
I was looking at the mirror at home, and didn't like what I saw. I had been a chubby boy and now I was a skinny teenager. I needed a change.
Why I Love It:
Because it makes me feel more confident with myself and my body and I love the results!
How I Stay Motivated:
Keeping in touch with other people with my same interests. Watching my progress - and my loses after I couldn't train.
BB Accomplishments:
Adding 4cm to my arms in four months (not the big deal though)

i saw ur old forum post about diabetes and bodybuilding i eat a high protein diet and take supplements and she has never seen someone with the amazing control and health i have like look at Tim Belknap and Doug Burns both successful type 1 bbers

La verdad es que quizás mi meta es una utopía, quiero perder 5kg y además incrementar mi masa muscular. Probablemente lo que me propongo es casi inalcanzable.

Minnesota is just like anywhere you live. You thrive on whatever is going on. It might be cold here, but the people are nice compared to other places I've lived. April 5th or bust. Take care.
