How I Started:
I was looking at the mirror at home, and didn't like what I saw. I had been a chubby boy and now I was a skinny teenager. I needed a change.
Why I Love It:
Because it makes me feel more confident with myself and my body and I love the results!
How I Stay Motivated:
Keeping in touch with other people with my same interests.
Watching my progress - and my loses after I couldn't train.
BB Accomplishments:
Adding 4cm to my arms in four months (not the big deal though)
