I have let myself go and I have gained 70lbs in the past two years. I will be losing this plus some.
Goal (Long):
I have been lifting and into fitness for about 5 years. I achieved my goals I set in past. I have dropped from 260lbs down to 210lbs and gained a ton of strength.
Over the past two years I have had a lot happen including the birth of my son. I stopped my routine and gained all of what I had worked so hard to lose back. I have dissapointed myself very badly and I want to gain my self respect back. I plan to reach my goals fully and not quit ever again. I have set a goal of 200lbs at no less than 20%Bf. When I reach this goal I will set another and push harder to get in shape as I have in the past. .
