Bag work 2+ hours per day, 7 days per week.(strengthen/quicken hits)
Ab work twice a day, 7 days a week.(protect internal organs/look cooler than everyone else)
Free weights for shoulders/triceps and Benching 3 days a week.(strength throughout range of punches) |
