Well I did a lot of sports in high school. So I've been working out since I was 14 or so and I am now 21. I trained for college track but grades kept me off, did college gymnastics and some intramural sports.
Why I Love It:
Because I like the feeling of being in shape and being in control of myself. Working out hard drowns out the noise of the world.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't need to try to be motivated. I'm obliged to make the absolute most of what I was given in life. I wake up each day and go to sleep each night thinking about how to become better.
BB Accomplishments:
These aren't bodybuilding but this is random info on athletic history.
-----Personal Bests!-----
-Swimming-(only swam one year)
50m freestyle-24.5
100m freestyle-53 flat
-Rowing-
7:15 2k erg
Stroke of varsity 4
-Gymnastics-
Better than most.;)
-Boxing-
Undefeated amateur featherweight(damn skippy)
-Soccer-
6 years recreational, 3 years CASL, 3 years high school varsity, 1 year intramural college.
-Running-
100m 10.7 (I don't train sprinting because it's too limited by natural ability)
Mile 4:23 (The mile is the perfect run distance I think)
----
Right now I'm a lot bigger but have no current pictures. My arms are about 2 inches bigger and my waist about 5 haha. The tattoos are drawn on with sharpie.
Before I started ab work. But after some normal boxing training for 2 weeks.
I want to be leaner than I've ever been. That means I have to be under 5.5% body fat, lol.. I want to be far stronger than I've ever been and bench over twice my body weight while still fitting in a lightweight to welterweight class. I also want to get my waist as small as possible for me, lol, I think small waists are beautiful and my frame naturally allows mine to be minimal. I want to lose muscle in the places I don't need a lot of it, aka my legs, and gain it in the places I do, aka core, triceps, chest, lats. I am starting competitive boxing once again very soon and my goal is to absolutely dominate the amateurs.
