i want to get toned up by spring break =). but lose 7 pounds in 1 week.
Goal (Long):
just have my adominal and lowerback solid a get my thighs about an 2-3in smaller, arms more defined. just want to get everything toned out pretty much, i have everything i just need to shed a few pounds off and i'll be good to go.
i've grown up with the gym my whole life, so i got into fitness because my mom used to do it, and i also saw it as a challenge to transform yourself from one thing to another. its amazing how you can do that. plus i want to get toned up for some modeling shoots coming up and i think workingout is a fun hobby.
