AWESOME workout today. It's great to be back in the gym after 3 months. Tuesday is going to HURT!!

Shoulder seems to be fine now so hopefully I'll get back into the gym tomorrow.

I love chest day. Killer pump, but hurt my shoulder a bit. Hurt like hell to open the locker room door after I was done.

Just finished Bi's and tri's. Wanted to do some full body stuff, but didn't have time. There's always next weekend.

got an AWESOME pump at the gym today. Then, killed my abs when I got home. Tomorrow and Friday are going to hurt so much, but it's worth it!

Confusion... Terrible chest workout yesteday and tricep workout today, but somehow great pumps both times. ??

As far as being fit, I'm there. I run a 275 - 285 PFT (Marine Corps thing), and get in the gym as much as I can. Need to add muscle weight.
