How I Started:
It's a long story that I won't ever bore anyone with. Basically, I just got tired of how I look without a shirt on. I'm the tall, lean type who has trouble putting on any weight and would like to add about 40 pounds of lean muscle. I want to be the guy turning heads at the beach.
Why I Love It:
The pump!
How I Stay Motivated:
The most important is my bet with my wife. Second is my Chippendales picture.

My wife understands how important fitness is to me and supports me all the way. We're both on our own separate journey and try to support and push each other as much as we can.

There are two things (well, really 3 but the third is not that big of a deal) that I don't understand about this site:

 1-Why do they put a cap on the number of groups you can belond to?  They don't put a cap on the number of friends you can have so why would they cap the number...
