How I Started: It started when I decided that I didn't like the way I looked without a shirt on. I'm the tall, lean type who has trouble putting on any weight and would like to add about 20 pounds of lean muscle.
Why I Love It: The pump after a workout; makes me feel like I'm bigger than I really am.
How I Stay Motivated: I keep the thought in the back of my mind that one day I'll look the way I want to and I want to look great for my wife, even though she thinks I already do.
BB Accomplishments: When I reach my goal weight and build I'll be happy.

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): I want an 8 pack. I almost got there once. It's there somewhere. I'm sure of it!
Goal (Long): I just want to be more stout. I'm 6' tall, and narrow. I'm looking for a bigger chest and arms. I also want to build my lats (make them noticeable), and see my abs. They were there once, now they're disappearing. I don't have a time limit set. When it happens I'll be happy, and then I'll work to hold on to it.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%

Still on a roll.  I've only missed a day or two here and there so for the most part I'm doing pretty good.  I've start Morph, which works by the way, and changed my routine.  I'm trying to build my legs up so my workout routine is now...
