Waller H S Attended 1994 to 1997 Waller, Texas United States
When I Started:
May, 2005
How I Started:
Basically, I just got tired of how I look without a shirt on. I'm the tall, lean type who has trouble putting on any weight and would like to add about 40 pounds of lean muscle. I want to be the guy turning heads at the beach. Oh, and by the way - for anyone who's a member of the Texans group, I was born and raised in Texas and going back there when I get our of the military.
Why I Love It:
The pump! and alone time - just me, the iron, and other people who care about their personal appearance.
How I Stay Motivated:
My bet with my wife, my Chippendales picture, and pictures of other bodybuilding.com members.
BB Accomplishments:
When I reach my goal weight and build I'll be happy.

He has a workout website that one day I'm going to buy a workout and nutrition plan from. I would like to look more like him, built and ripped, not the way I look right now. We talk from time to time and he offers advice. He's just generally there to help out anyone he can. Thanks!
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
My wife understands how important fitness is to me and supports me all the way. We're both on our own separate journey and try to support and push each other as much as we can.
