i don't remember the color of the paintball. i think it was pink. but the bruise went from blue to dark purple to kind of a light green. it was nasty and pretty sore for a few days lol!!

yeah it was a total accident he had a really sensitive trigger and as he was reloading, his finger touched the side not actually squeezing it and it went off! we were both amazed afterwards that it went off but it still hurt like hell for 2 or 3 hrs afterward!!

yeah my buddy accidently shot me when we were behind the same bunker and he was reloading. right on the top of my quad from a foot away. i was rolling in pain lol it bled and left a bruise for 3 weeks!!

dunno if i would reccomend cytogainer because i don't beleive in using creatine before your 17or 18 but i do know that muscle milk put 10 pounds on me in two weeks and it wasn't all fat (about 80% new muscle growth) try it out. it really helped me in playing football at my high school
