What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I can understand some grunting but all-out screaming is obnoxious and you put more effort into screaming than lifting the weight
Do you socialize while at the gym?
What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
loose athletic shorts and a fairly tight shirt or one with no sleeves so it doesn't get in the way.

well my knee wasn't 100% for tryouts but it didn't hurt to run. So now I'm on the team and we have practice everyday on weekdays. it's great cardio workout and i'm dropping a little bit of weight.

Thanks. You should eat more lean meats, take in at least 210 grams of protein per day through shakes, and lift high weights low reps on the calves. Good Luck man.........

i'm not using creatine im just using cytogainer which is just protein and carbs. I just started using it and the manager at the place i bought it told me the same thing about creatine.
