I'm starting off simple...I'm gonna run on the treadmill for about 30-45 mins...running is my thang..lol... and then i'm gonna assess where I am then map out my strength trainin/cardio for the rest of the week...any tips?

Well everything you said truly helps. I'm really taking it one day at a time. I know that reaching my goals will build my endurance and my strength, but i guess one of the perks is being just a tad bit sexier...lol. Thanks, it truly helped.

Thanks for the advice...I'm def gonna put it to use. How do you stay motivated when you get tired of working out? I know with hard work I will see the results, which I do, but I can't get myself to get excited about a workout. That's my main problem.
