How I Started:
Growing up I was always active whether it was running or dancing. However as I got older and started having problems with my knees, I was unable to stay as active as I would like. so with the help of my boyfriend I started working out in ways that I never knew was possible and I enjoyed the results. However, life, being inconsistent, and a fracture foot lead me to where I am today; OUT OF SHAPE!!! So I decided to do more than just get back into shape, but to get into the best shape of my life. So with that said...Let the fun begin!!!
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel when working out. I will admit it's hard starting at the bottom and working back up to where I once was but I know the end results will be well worth it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Personally I feel it is so much harder for females to stay motivated when their bodies have changed and they don't feel as attractive or sexy as they once did. I keep myself motivated by looking at myself in the mirror everyday and telling myself "you know what, despite your changes or flaws, you're beautiful now and when you reach your goals, your gonna be so much more than that!!" By staying positive and confident in myself, I know that I will be able to reach any goal I set. I believe if you love who you are through any process of change, your destined to reach any goal successfully.

i got a workout plan i follow on a spreadsheet i helped another friend out with as well if u want it. its a full week routine for weights and such..more toward the higher rep to sets direction..for toning and strength and not size
