Making the cut.

, I'm cutting, and to monitor the progress I guess this is the best way - pictures, weigh in and measurements each week. Tomorrow is my first week of cutting over with so I will post on here new pictures etc. Just got to get through the weekend without eating junk. :-(

krg321 right now its not too bad. Mostly lean meat, fruits and veggies. Occasional pasta. no sweets, soda, etc. Its hard though, but its slowly changing. I think i need to eat more, but im just nervous to gain back alot of weight, since i used to be quite overweight. Jan 30, 2012 3:37pm
