krg321 right now its not too bad. Mostly lean meat, fruits and veggies. Occasional pasta. no sweets, soda, etc. Its hard though, but its slowly changing. I think i need to eat more, but im just nervous to gain back alot of weight, since i used to be quite overweight. Jan 30, 2012 4:37pm
