hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!
I started in December, following the exercises which BB recommends using only my bodyweight when nobody is at home, because my parents don't let me go to a gym! At this time I'm doing some crunches, eagle sit ups and push ups every day, and at the same time I'm using dumbbells and it's easier to achive my goals. I think that in a gym you can see faster results than training at home!
Thanks for accepting! Great results and progress of your training! Your muscles seem to be ready to become as huge as you want! Specially pecs, quads, arms and ABS, they look solid and defined! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?
I am doing really good! getting into lifting 5 days a week (2 day split) seeing some solid physique changes pecs filling in both middle and upper ... abs firming up and belly fat going away . arms shoulders back all getting solid ... new pics up in a day or two .

Thanks for that info. Of course it can be done with the number of months to go before graduation. HOWEVER, main thing is to stay positive and motivated during both the ups and downs of your training and that there is life also outside both football and the iron like studies, family and friends and socializing. Continued success adding both size and definition. As for me, well at my age I just do my best to follow the cardio program set by my Chiropractor for my back and knees and also watch the diet. Enjoy eating out a lot so have to learn to be careful with the various menus offered.HA Andre
