This is essential what I eat everyday. With the exception of occasional cheat meals! Please keep in mind I eat at a college dining hall.
Wheat bread toast (2 slices)
Egg Whites scrambled with Brocolli/spinach depending what dining hall has
Protein Shake with some multigrain cheerios for carbs.
2 wheat bread sandwiches with chicken and 1 slice of american cheese.
Romaine Lettuce salad with spinach, carrots, brocolli, and red wine vinegarette
Either a chicken sandwich or some sort of protein (Whatever is available to me at dorm) This is usually post workout.
Chicken wrap or turkey wrap x 1

Pre-Bed (1-2 hours b4)
I order 2 chicken or turkey wraps at dinner and eat one 2 hours after dinner.
