How I Started:
Sitting around while still in school, seeing my roommate eating whatever he wanted and not gain a pound. I wanted to change my body and see how far I can take it.
Why I Love It:
Seeing the changes the body go through when you give it the right tools to do so, I would never imagine having a six pack, it pushes me to get better and better.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that I'm getting closer to my goal(s) and as soon as I hit, push another out to shoot for.

Going from 230 lbs down to 157 lbs Going from a Keg to a cold six pack
