How I Started:
Started in college, kept it up, became a very avid cyclist as an environmental, social and political statement, its nice that it is fitness too If anyone out there has any tips, well wishes, or anything really to tell me or just wants to chat please send a message...especially if you are a cyclist, or a girl with an active lifestyle in Toronto :P

How I Stay Motivated:
I'm a cyclist first and foremost. But I also love the gym, I live in Canada so I can't exactly ride on the road 5 months of the year. I'm using this page to help motivate me through my injury so that I can come back stronger, faster and more confident to win races and more! The gym and working out is an essential part of my life that has been robbed of me by my recent injury, so i'm doing the light workout i can at home this site and your comments will be a major help when my cast comes off and i see really how little muscle i have on my leg. I was once a strong cyclist now I must start from the beginning...obstacles are opportunities Natalie Minh also helps she's a goddess :P

Right now, I can't put any weight on my foot, so no cardio at all besides walks around the block with my crutches

Otherwise anything i can do in my room at home with light weights

Can't wait to be better and start my trek back to the top!
