  • Actually try almond butter- better for you, more protein, better fats
    I use Trader Joe's Almond Butter- best and cheapest out there. It's crack in a jar.

juicemanH i understand lol, and thanks bro! yeah the thing is...im trying to experiment to lose lower stomach fat by lower bodyfat which means low weight too. i can see some abs but im disappointed with my love handle and fat covering my other abs! i need to get rid of it! i plan to stop at 150 then bulk up Jun 24, 2012 9:45am
