Overall Goal: Asof two months ago I weighed 240 now I am 202 right now I am cutting my body fat percentage hoping to get it down to around 10% within the next 6 months, then I plan on clean bulking until I reach a physique I am happy with.

I had been overweight my entire life, and I decided to make a lifestyle change. Simple as that.
Why I Love It:
In this aspect along it has entirely changed my perspective and relationship with food and exercise. I love the feeling of achievement and discipline it instills in me, and I love the all-around sense of health and vitality it has brought to my life, not to mention the confidence!
How I Stay Motivated:
Just seeing the results day by day. Every day I am seeing some form of positive results, and that's all I need to stick with it.
BB Accomplishments:
So far I've lost 31 lbs of fat in 2 and a half months, but that's a small accomplishment really in terms of the overall picture of what I am trying to accomplish.

On top of all this, I do a 7-day-a-week program of one hour of low intensity cardio on an elliptical trainer each day. I only workout my abs on legs/cardio only days.
