When I Started:
Jul, 2006
How I Started:
I was in Gr. 11 when i started to get serious about the whole things i was tired of the athletes who played sports such as football being much stronger and bigger than i was. I was never any good at any sports in school and i was sick of others being better than me at every sport, therefore i started the sport of bodybuilding and i' am satisfied and pleased with my accomplishments and my strength. This sport has given me alot of self-confidence.
Why I Love It:
This sport is great, when I start it's the passion of training that I love about it and moving up the weights in a matter of weeks due to dedication! This sport is a great way to spend my leisure time and relieve life's stresses; as opposed to the common teen behaviour in doing drugs and idle activity. Also it feels good to be strong, then you know you can handle exerting activities and you not only earn self-respect but you gain the respect of others. Athletes train in this sport to play other sports...I train in this sport for this sport only! THIS IS MY SPORT!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at websites such as bodybuilding.com and looking at the amazing physique of professional bodybuilders such as Schwarzenegger, Levrone, Coleman and Cutler. Also, i stay focused on my long term goal and never stop thinking about or aiming for it. I have a destination to reach and no matter what it takes i will arrive.

Goal (Long):
From a was a young boy I was into exercise to stay fit but I did not get into bodybuilding until my senior year in high school. I did pushups, situps, pullups and used a milk jug to start off. I saw all the athletes (especially football players) training in the weight room of my school and they were pretty deased and strong, so I said to myself "If they can do it; I can do it too". My friends introduced me to the sport and they were so ahead of me which is my reasons for my HIT (hig-intensity training) program over the past year. My long term goal in life is to keep bodybuilding to be around 250 pounds. fit to take on any situation of physical needs such as my pursued carrer in law enforcement.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 90 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
5%
