I stay motivated by looking at websites such as bodybuilding.com and looking at the amazing physique of professional bodybuilders such as Schwarzenegger, Levrone, Coleman and Cutler. Also, i stay focused on my long term goal and never stop thinking about or aiming for it. I have a destination to reach and no matter what it takes i will arrive....
