Workout Program:
This is based on advice from the forums about what a starting workout routine should look like. I wanted one that was simple, easy and was a whole body workout that I could do quickly and efficiently. Going to do this 3x/week

Leg press 3x12
Leg curl 3x12
Lat pulldown 3x10
Bench press 3x10
Military press 2x10
Barbel curl 2x10
Triceps pressdown 2x10
Calf raise 3x10 (Recommendation was for 2x10, but I like them)
Smith machine squat 3x10 (Added this myself)
Crunch 2xMax (I'm doing the seated cable ones with 40lbs)
Planks 3x 30seconds (Added this myself)
