How I Started:
Been on the "chunky" side most my life. In '08, I lost about 30lb from bicycling. I was thin and trim, but take off the shirt and well, the biking burned off alot of the muscle. I made the decision that despite being thin, I wanted to be buff. I didn't care if I gained weight as long as it was muscle.
Why I Love It:
I love the pumped feeling I get. It makes you feel powerful.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at pics of where I was when I started. I don't want to look like that any more.
BB Accomplishments:
Just getting in the gym and doing it. Putting away the excuses and Getting-R-Done.
This is based on advice from the forums about what a starting workout routine should look like. I wanted one that was simple, easy and was a whole body workout that I could do quickly and efficiently. Going to do this 3x/week
Leg press 3x12
Leg curl 3x12
Lat pulldown 3x10
