hey mate. how u going? good here. it's nearly the end of week 3 training here. just doing weights with twists added that give a really good burn. am getting some results. from week 4, i'm gonna start a proper workout schedual. any tips? what's yours like?
Yeah, I know how it is. I can simply THINK about straight-bar curls and get a tendotitis. Cortisone doesn't seem to help much. Best of luck battling those joints! al
What's happening, T? I'm five months into nursing a shoulder injury now. Damn, right? I've set some minimal poundage requirements & have been able to at least meet them. I couldn't resist the urge to attempt 325x1 bench & couldn't quite get it up. For some reason, I've been in a trap mood for the last couple of months. How are things going for you? al
Of course it's important!
Trying to push it harder and harder... Sometimes it works, sometimes I'm deceived about the results, but the important is to keep on pushing !!
Yeah, you know, I don't like the whole idea of dropsets but I've been listening to too many people around here praising the pump. Struggling up the 25th rep feels nicer than being killed by the 3rd heavy rep.
Hey template! I do all the wrong things, as I'm injury prone. My working sets are very heavy (for me) in the 4-6 rep range with chains. I slowly pyramid up and usually do a light, full contraction finishing set (or two) in the higher rep range. What's your strategy?
