Goal (Long):
To indulge my narcissism by having the best body I possibly can. You only get one body - and if you don't look after it, you'll have nowhere decent to live. Why not make it as good as you possible can.
noooo ABs! im still bulking man, shooting to be 255-260 by the end of april, just started some legal pro-test. pills so im no worried about abs till i hit my goal weight that i want to be for shows... im thinking 280 atleast 13%BF then shread some fat for the show and out pop the ABs!
