I started weightlifting in high school in physical education and we only did that from time to time. I started lifting more when I tried out for the football team by taking Athletic Conditioning and going to the gym with my brother and friends.
Why I Love It:
Results. I love it because of the results I get from all my hard work and dedication to the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at myself in the mirror and seeing the skinny 158 pounder I became when I stopped weightlifting after high school due to an overwhelming work schedule. I lost 27 lbs and boy, did that make me mad!!!
BB Accomplishments:
None yet but I am considering to compete in bodybuilding next year when I get more size and better symmetry (both of which I am working on right now).
Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Yes
Why or why not?
I feel they need to know what I am trying to accomplish. Hell, my brother always gives me tips and people at the gym does the same as well because they want to make sure I achieve that goal.

Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
Yes
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
Of course, NO3 Overload from CMI. I take it 30 minutes before I work out but I really feel it striking me after 5 minutes. The full effect of it happens when I start lifting.

yo do you think it would be good to take some of that ultra fuel with my protein after workout? im trying to find some stuff to take while staying off creatine because im cycling off it for a couple of months.
tru. im doin one bodypart a day too. i try to beat up the muscle as much as i can on that day. so f-in hard to grow though, you kno?
