How I Started:
Well I have always been in pretty good shape, but it was just this month that I decided to get bigger and more defined.
Why I Love It:
Well, let me be honest, I don't. I love to run and that's about it. I'm just ready for a change.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror and see what I am,then I look at my poster of 300 and see what I want to look like.

I am a US soldier and am about to attend Ranger school. I want to be just a whole lot bigger then what i am and over all just look more cutt up. I have always been in good shape for a runner, and now i just want to lose the runner thin look and go for more muscle and size. I want to look like some on out of the movie 300 or off the cover of a Men's fitness mag.

Well, today was a kinda hard day for me. I have been doing well at staying to my workout routine, and have been eating more so I could start to put on the weight, but today I found out that I have to cut weight for my next fight. See the thing is I am an MMA fighter, and I'm small which is good...

good $hit man, I boxed and wrestled from the time i could walk too, been doing BJJ for about 8 years now and have 7 NHB fights in europe. Good luck with that man
