When I Started:

How I Started:
Wrestling was my life, but now thats over...
I wus always a small kid growing up( I use to get harassed by girls bigger than me! lol), so i started lifting with my dads barbell set to try and get stronger for sports. I would do military presses in my basement back in jr high before i left for school in the morning. From there it grew to a dumbell set, then a bench. Next thing you know im installing a vanishing mirror in the basement and i've got my own home gym! Its been a long road. I went from 86 lbs in jr high( one of the smallest kids on the team) to 152 lbs sr yr in h.s.( My Sr yr i wus ranked top 16 Division 2 for wrestling) I wus never the biggest kid. But my drive to be better than average kept me in the weight room and made me a standout from the rest. Sure, sometimes we get delt bad a hand but we dont have to except it. Because change is possible if you want it bad enough. "Impossible is nothing!"
Why I Love It:
For me, the thrill of pushing yourself to limits and jus being exhausted from hard work is like an addictive drug. I love to compete and test myself. Its like everyday is another test and a new adventure! lol
How I Stay Motivated:
This is going to sound silly, but i love Pro Wrestling lol The bigger than life persona always apealed to me. . .
I stay motivated by keeping my mindset on my goals. My biggest motivation growing up was my dad and his never ending tough guy stories lol Now that im a little older I am my own motivation. I love a tough situation, i jus tell myself "I'M A MACHINE!" and push myself to go on!
BB Accomplishments:
Tore my meniscus in my knee jus gettin bak into things so no gold yet lol

Everyday is a new challenge and im going to push it to the limit. God bless me with an able body, and im goin to run all the way!!
Goal (Long):
I've always lifted for sports, mainly wrestling, but that's over now. However i found that i cant stop working out, it's like im addicted to it. Its the first thing on my mind when i wake up and the last thing before i go to bed. Im always trying to outwork yesterday.
So i want to try my hand at competing and put my hard work to use and keep my competitive fire going!
To see someone so big physically yet humble before God is inspiring. For he said in the book If i be in you and you in me, you can ask wat ever and it shall be given unto you! This inspires me to continue to run on for Christ!
Here a woman that got into shape, looked good too. Then fell off, but rather than give up she kicked ass and looked even better than she did before. She's Dangerous!

The biggest tip for anyone tryin to get in the best shape w/o the know how. . . Muscle Magazines! I kno i kno your probably saying to yourself those people in the magazine are juiced up! . . Which for the most part is true. But their workouts speak for themselves. It's like having a...
That's fair enough! I've not got any ambitions to compete, nothing wrong with lifting for the love of it!
Wrestling! I'm slowly becoming a wrestling fan after seeing my boyfriend in a couple of shows here, it's pretty cool :p I wouldn't know about wrestlers from Canada, but a number of my favourite things are Canadian, great country!
thank you sooo much. NOW wasnt the time for me to get your question....lol. But i am making it. Just woke up, STARVING...lol. 3 days out though! Thanks for asking. -Brittnie
