Background

When I Started: Jul 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I had been playing around with wieghts for 1.5-2 years or so but nothing serious...Last year i joined the wrestling team and the whole season was a bummer...SO NOW I HAVE DECIDED THAT I WILL PERSUE BODYBUILDING AND GET THE STRENGTH AND MUSCLE NEEDED TO BECOME A CHAMPION!!!

i will introduce you to the program that i am going to start to use starting from Monday, july 9, 2007...it is a 12-week beginner workout program compiled by muscle and fitness magazine, which consists of 2 day full body workout for the first 4 weeks, then a split 4 day workout for upper and lower body for next 4 weeks, then its 3 day split for push and pull exercises for the last 4 weeks...
