Even at my heaviest I saw myself as a very strong buff girl, and I probably was. I always wanted to be strong and fit. I wanted biceps, triceps, and abs. I wanted to walk bold legged because of my muscular form like the guys I saw at my gym. I never thought it would be possible to acquire, but now I see that I can actually do it and I will do it.
So I did get to workout yesterday, I went swimming in the morning, ate 6 meals, and did weight lifting in the afternoon, but when my alarm rang this morning I couldn't get up for my life. I overslept until 10am, too late to start the good pattern of yesterday, and my muscles weren't sore...
im good. just doin the usual. remeber to change your workouts every few weeks so you dont plataue or get bored... or both.:)( i change up every 8 weeks, just minor things, grip, reps, ect.)
I meant that if your going to the gym to do weights say three times a week that each time you go you should do at least one main muscle group (leg/chest/back) then add on another muscle or two like (shoulder/bi/tri/abs). This will give you much better results than doing a day of bi/tri :)
Thanks girl! I like weighted ab exercises, like a cable crunch. Hanging leg raises are another personal favorite. I don't do a ton of ab work on it's own though, however, i see my best results after i cut carbs low for the day, then they pop!
well, i had rotater cuff surgery on wed. but im ok otherwise. by the way we all slip sometimes. its easier to give yourself 1 cheat day per week and eat the good stuff. i made avacodo icecream. sounds odd but is really good. (it doesnt taste like guacomole i promise)
well thank u and im definetly going to make even more progress i got my memebership back to my gym and im going to train even harder so i should make some good progess lol. I hope u do to
