When I Started:
How I Started:
Started working out seriously when i was at University and managed to lose a lot of fat and build some muscle but when i finished University i was without a job and living back with my parents where food is cooked and the fridge is full or food i should not be eating so i fell off the bandwagon.
Why I Love It:
The physical changes, and the feeling you get when these changes happen and you start to feel comfortable with your own body and being much more confident about yourself.
How I Stay Motivated:
This time i am going to start recording videos, in the past taking pictures every 2 weeks where good indications of reaching your goals and seeing changes within yourself! Plus i am going to try enter the bb forum competition and if i even make the changes i want i am going to book a holiday for america as ive always wanted to go since i was little!

Lose Fat
Goal (Overall):
Lose fat and get lean and put on some muscle. I'm looking for that athlete body.
Goal (Long):
I'm not entirely sure what my ideal weight should be but i do know that i want to lose fat and be somewhere around 10 percent bf and to put on some lean muscle mass. I'm not really trained in body building or know the terms and right lingo and stats but i'm sure my goal description will change and make better sense with everyones help over time
